Year 1:
The Alien covenant known as the Poopeteers come to earth in seek of a new home. They knock out earths defenses with orbital bombardment and begin a series of biological attacks.
Year 2:
Human Kind musters enough strength to fire a ground to orbit strike, severely damaging the Poopeteers' ship. This causes The Poopeteers to seek more aggressive action. They send thousands of near unstoppable ground troops to the surface and begin their invasion earlier than planned.
Year 3:
The rash planning of the invasion meant it was possible for humans to outsmart the enemy using home turf to their advantage, but it proved a very difficult as their weaponry was by no means up to par. The plague begins to truly take its toll and in order to save humanity as a whole, something needed to be done fast. Their previous attack plan was expected, and could be countered, but it was their only choice. They managed to sneak a small force of elite soldiers onto the mother ship and bring it down from the inside. The ship fell to earth in what was then the Western United States. How many survived the landing is unknown, but native animals from the Poopeteers home planets escaped onto the land.
Year 4:
With their supply chain cut off and no communication the Poopeteers suddenly lost their prowess. Humans started to win battles as much as they lost them.
Year 350:
The war between humans and their invaders lasted for 350 years before each side finally were humble enough to declare a cease-fire. The earth had enough space for each race to share it equally, considering how many had been slain in brutal genocide. Natural disasters became once more deadly events, leveling cities, never to be rebuilt. Technology had dimmed significantly. Horses and mules replaced cars as no one had the ability to fix them. Electricity remained but only scarcely. Human weaponry became less reliable with time as no properly forged bullets could be found or made. The poopeteers suffered similar fates. The surviving aliens were soldiers; they had no knowledge of how to make their technology, only to use it. Their weapons became significantly less effective as the proper chemicals and batteries could not be found.
Year 355:
War still waged in parts of the world where they would not accept the ceasefire; Some areas were never able to solve their differences.
Year 380:
The biological weapons first to kill humans had mutated far beyond what they were previously. It could now infect any intelligent being, and as it slowly wore down the infected's intelligence, they became extremely violent and resorted to their natural instincts of breeding, eating, and killing.
Year 395:
With the rest of the world completely cut off of communication. The west is only able to assume they are the only ones left on the planet. Twelve large cities remain intact. A union between the Poopeteers and the Humans was developed, but extreme hatred towards each other has not worn away.
Year 400:
400ai is just that: 400 years [A]fter [I]nvasion. This is where you stand. Whether you choose to save intelligent life... or your species... or choose to live for yourself only, is up to you.
